Twas the week before Christmas and all through the winery people were stirring and sipping wine. The trees are all decorated with care and the gift shop is filled with special gifts to share , in hopes that our customers will stop by for some Christmas cheer. In the crock pot there rose a wonderful smell that filled the air with a hint of spice making it wonderfully nice.
With purchased wine and gifts galore our customer heard us exclaim... Thank you for shopping with us today; Merry Christmas to all and a Very Happy New Year.

The gift shop has discounts on several of our gift items. All Christmas items are marked down 20% to 25% and wine racks are 15% off.
After your visit to the winery please be sure to stop by the Christmas Tree lot and pick out a fresh Christmas Tree. The owner of the Christmas Tree lot takes great pride and care with each of his trees. The trees are kept in water to help preserve the tree and assure it last throughout the holiday season.

Adams Vineyards is hosting 2 new events between now and the end of the year.....
- Christmas Open House. Thanksgiving weekend, November 28 and 29, 2008. This is a great time to bring your family and friends, enjoy our wine bar and shop in our gift shop. 2 day only sale 10- 20% discount on selected items in the gift shop. We will offer winery tours during our open house. Tours will be Friday November 28 at 2:00pm and Saturday November 29 at 11:00 am and 2:00 pm.

The Fuquay Varina Chamber of Commerce's Professional Women's Leadership Association (PWLA) held their anniversary social at the vineyard on October 30th. Members were asked to bring their spouse and a guest. The social was a SOLD OUT EVENT! Gail and the other members of the chamber did a wonderful job promoting the event.

1st annual Grape Stomp “Where you can still put your foot down”.
The event offered live music, local crafts, merchant vendors, and a moon walk with a slide for the kids, Adult and Children Grape Stomping, and much more. The tasting bar was filled with activity and laughter throughout the day. A special thank you to all those attended. Mark your calendars for the first Saturday in October 2009 for the 2nd annual Grape Stomp.

Adams Vineyards has several activities and trade shows planned for September and October. We will be at Grape Days at the Farmers Market on Friday, September 12 from 11 - 1; at the Southern Ideal Home Show, September 26 - 28 and a booth at the NC State Fair on Sunday October 26 from 1-5.
We are getting ready to have our first ever Grape Stomping October 4, 2008. the day will be filled with grape stomping contest, music, local artist, crafts and kid activities.

Adams Vineyards opened to the public Saturday, September 6, 2008. The storm did not discourage customers from stopping by and visiting the tasting room. Saturday was full of fun and excitement as new people tasted the 7 different wines and visited our gift shop. We invite you to stop by often and visit with us.

Last night we held our private by invitation only night. The excitement and enjoyment of the guests was overwhelming. The tastings were well received by all who participated. A special thank you all who attended and helped make this night so special.

Things are really starting to come together at the winery. Our wine is bottled and stocked on the shelves. The gift store is in the process of being set up.
Adams Vineyards has 7 different wines available for tasting and purchasing. The tasting price is $5.00 per person and includes the tasting of all 7 wines and a take home wine glass. Wine will be available for purchase to take home.
